Sheep Creek shareholders are like most of the world.  For a long time, the water flowed here, and it seemed unlimited.  Now that problems have started to crop up, we have to do more to take care of this precious resource that has been such a crucial factor in making Phelan the place it is today.

The United Nations marked World Water Day on Wednesdayby hosting its first water conference since 1977, and there was clearly pent-up appetite to discuss Earth’s most life-giving element.
